Devon Substation

This was one of the first outsourced projects for this major utility. The project was originally scheduled to be completed in two years. Significant logistics had to be addressed... and were. Specifically, the replacement process had to be conducted without any disruption to service. S.M. Electric Company, Inc. completed the project in one year under extremely tight outage requirements.
