University of Pennsylvania Center for Advanced Medicine
This major hospital expansion includes a 3-story underground parking deck in addition to the 5-story medical office building.The building is unique with its open atrium design and illumination concept which required specialized lighting. It also required power distribution for specialized medical equipment (e.g. - MRIs, CAT Scans, etc.) along with eight surgical suites.
It represents S.M. Electric's initial foray into the Philadelphia market.
