Since the acquisition of S.M. Electric by Matrix Service Industrial Contractors, Inc., Peter Cheche, Jr. is focused on using his leadership, experience and expertise to maintain excellent labor relations.
Over the years, Pete has worked hard to strengthen ties with key union leaders in the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). These valuable relationships provide S.M. Electric with better access to well-trained, suitably skilled workers. Whatever the project parameters, Pete has been instrumental in maintaining strong connections between labor and management. His demonstrated expertise in this area will continue to be a key factor in the company's ability to serve clients.
