QA/QC Manager/Supervisor
Quality is a top priority at S.M. Electric, which means that the individual in charge of quality control must be extremely experienced and capable. Specifically, the Quality Control Manager is responsible for:
- Administering S.M. Electric's and the Client's QAQC plans and procedures
- Ensuring that all installation, upgrade and maintenance procedures and activities adhere to established S.M. Electric quality standards.
- Having a thorough understanding of, and remaining current with, ISO 9000 and all other regulatory requirements.
- Managing the performance of trade contractors and inspecting their work to ensure that it meets established S.M. Electric quality standards.
- Communicating closely with customers to address any quality control concerns they may have.
- Promoting workplace safety by ensuring that all equipment and tools are in proper working order and that the job site is clean, well-organized and free of debris.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of quality control management experience. A college or technical degree is a plus. Candidates should also have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
